Our approach to doing business focuses on creating a positive experience for the customer by building impactful relationships in visual story-telling.

Co-Founder and Director of Photography, Dr. Jim Herrington, specializes in visual story-telling using video and still imagery for business promotion. This includes award winning group portraits and individual professional headshots. Jim serves North Carolina and the Mid-Atlantic region.

Jim began to take a serious interest in photography while serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Senegal, West Africa. He also became a general aviation pilot and has traveled the world to over 50 countries in his previous career as a global public health scientist. 

Jim has received numerous media awards, including Emmy and Telly nominations for work with PBS on a Lyme disease public health documentary, and has served as a consultant for the International Roll Back Malaria Concert held in Dakar, Senegal, with Grammy awardee musician and humanitarian, Youssou NDour.

Jim is licensed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA Part 107) and North Carolina Department of Transportation for Commercial and Government Drone Videography and Photography, is fully insured, and a proud member of the Professional Photographers of America.

All images are shot in RAW high-dynamic range (HDR) and ultra HD/4K video.
